I appreciated the personal attention and detail with my request. I was quite impressed that you personally delivered the tickets to the hospital in Dorchester where I needed to pick them up. I was grateful for the good follow-up to make sure I had received them.
I sell medical devices to surgeons and try to take some of the doctors out to special event at least quarterly. I have lived in Marshfield only a short time and I am happy that I have discovered you. Not only are you conveniently close to my home, but also I cannot imagine another ticket agency going the "extra mile" like you and your brother do for your customers.
This is the second time in a row that South Shore Ticket has done me right. At a Red Sox game in August, I took clients and my manager, sitting a dozen rows behind home plate. It was awesome! No one in my party had ever had such great seats at Fenway Park before.
